A Neighborhood With Nothing Special Going on

Taeyul moves into a quiet new neighborhood. In this seemingly ordinary neighborhood, he experiences some strange things. A strange bus drives by without a driver, a kalguksu restaurant serves food without a trace, the sky changes color to match the streetlights... While experiencing these strange things, an "uncle" appears out of nowhere, seems to scold Taeyul, offers help, and then suddenly disappears. What could this strange man be?
